Emilie and the Hollow World
I read 50% of this and couldn't take it any longer so I took a break from it and now I don't want to read it anymore. The premise is interesting but Emilie has the role of the observer (or she does as far as I have read it) and I like my main characters (as I have been led to believe that is who Emilie is) to actually take part in the narrative. This just is not for me. Don't let that stop you though.
