Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass (Signet Classics)
Fun and crisp as usual. But this time around, my reading was coloured by the fact the fact that the author had several hundred photographs of naked little girls in his collection. However many arguments you may make about the innocence of the collection or the purely aesthetic purpose, to me, it is incommensurable. I don't care about him being high on some narcotic while writing the book, I just...am disturbed by what is pedophilia (whether it was formally recognized as such in his time or not).
